30% initial payment, 70% balance payment when the goods are ready for delivery by T/T.

We have operation manual for instructing the basic installation and operation; video guidance for trouble shooting; engineers ready for field maintenance and maintenance when needed.

Yes, we accept the customization. We can make it clear in the contract and then our technical start design and production as per your contract.
